The General Assembly

is the highest body of the Association. Every member of the Association has the right to attend the General Assembly meetings through its statutory representative or authorized person. The scope of action of the General Assembly is defined in the Statutes of the Association. The General Assembly is held as needed, but at least twice a year.

The Director

is the statutory body of the Association that manages its activities and acts on its behalf. His/her activities are governed by Statutes of the Association and decisions and guidelines approved by the General Assembly, provided that they are in the accordance with the law and the Statues of Association.

The Review Committee

is the supervisory body of the Association that oversees its activities. Members of the Review Committee are elected by the General Assembly. The Review Committee has 7 members.
